Ingredients For Healthy Vegetable Soup Recipe:
#1. Cabbage/ Chinese cabbage: 1 Cup
#2. Spring Onions: 1 Sliced
#3. Carrot: 1 Medium Sliced
#4. Mushrooms: 6-8 Sliced
#5. Snow Peas: 8-10 Half Sliced
#6. Capsicum/ Green or Red Bell Pepper: 1 Medium (Roughly Chopped)
#7. Garlic: 2-3 Crushed
#8. Celery: 4-5 Sliced
#9. Cauliflower: ¼ Diced
#10. Broccoli: Sliced
#11. Vegetable Stock: 5 Cups/ 1.5 Ltr
#12. Salt: According to taste
#13. Black Pepper: According to taste
#14. Bean Sprouts: ½ Cup
#15. Lemon Juice: 1 Teaspoon

How To Make Healthy Vegetable Soup Recipe
Step #1.
Take a pan and place it on the gas. Let it be hot. Once done, Put Vegetable Stock to the pan. Yes. firstly the stock should go to the pan. because you need to boil all the vegetables in the stock. The flame should be at medium-high. Meanwhile, you can cut your vegetables.

Now add all your vegetables in the pan such as Carrots, Mushrooms, Spring Onions, Snow Peas, Capsicum or Bell Pepper (Green and Red), Celery, Cauliflower, Broccoli. You can put all the vegetables together in a pan. Also, add Garlic into this.
Before adding the vegetables, wash them very well with normal tap water.
